BAART Community HealthCare provides primary care, preventive health services, and focused case management for the individuals we serve.

BAART Community HealthCare (BCH) is a non-profit organization established to provide primary medical services through our network of community clinics. BCH clinics are distinctive in their ability to provide easily accessible integrated health care to assist all patients in addressing and treating their general health concerns, as well as their substance use and behavioral health disorders if present.

BCH focuses primarily on providing low cost primary care & preventative services to underserved populations. We welcome patients who are participating in an integrated BAART substance use disorder program, as well as those who are simply seeking quality, affordable health care.

According to the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, research shows that individuals living with chronic substance use disorders have:

9 Times Greater Risk of Congestive Heart Failure

12 Times Greater Risk of Liver Cirrhosis

12 Times Greater Risk of Developing Pneumonia

BAART Community HealthCare and its predecessors have been providing services for 38 years. Our programs are staffed with caring, licensed Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, as well as Licensed Vocational Nurses and Medical Assistants.

Our mission is to provide people with cost effective, comprehensive primary medical care and other health care services at its clinics or through community linkages, and to make such services available to as many people as possible that seek them. By doing so, BCH can foster the health, happiness and longevity of those individuals and can help them benefit our communities.
